Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, our front desk will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Consultation
Next, a staff member will bring you back to the exam room where they will collect information about your health history and current spinal condition.
Thermography
The staff member will then perform a thermography on the new patient. Thermography is a noninvasive scan of the length of your spine used to detect heat produced by the nerves of the spine.
Severe Nerve Interference
No Nerve Interference
X-Rays
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you and alert us of any serious spinal conditions.
Examination
Once our information has been thoroughly collected, Dr. Dan will then proceed to palpate (examine by touching) the spine. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical tests will be performed as well; however, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
Your Next Visit
After Dr. Dan has performed the physical examination of the spine, our staff will then schedule your next visit! Although we do not start adjustments on new patients on their first visit, we will ensure you a closely scheduled next visit where Dr. Dan will begin the adjustments after having an in-depth study of your x-rays.
